We all know that as American citizens, we have the right to bear arms. Nationally, we are allowed to keep these arms inside of our homes to protect our families. But if we were to take our guns outside of hour homes, there are various restrictions that will apply. This means that there are states that are under some restrictions concerning the places that citizens can carry concealed weapons.

Different states have different rules ranging from: “may issue”, “shall issue” to “no CCW permit required”. “May Issue” means that there are those states that don’t have strict regulations on issuing CCW permits. “Shall Issue” means that the state has more strict regulations on issuing a CCW permit. “Shall issue” regulation may be of limited discretion or of no discretion.
